1. Flexible plastic of inferior grade is used to make the handle. This product can only be used to make little rotis. However, it serves its purpose; we were able to successfully make soft rotis. But getting the dough correct is essential. I didn't feel secure using the device because the cable is of such poor quality; it melted briefly when it made contact with the heated surface of the roti maker.
2. The green light gets turned on at times while making the rotis indicating that the machine is heating up because its temperature got down. When the roti is already cooking, this is inconvenient.

1. The machine takes more time to prepare roti compared to normal method but it gives comfort on other hand as well.
2. You need a lot of practise with this product. In contrary to the traditional method, the trick is to combine the dough with a sticky consistency. Grease your palm with oil, shape tiny balls, then roll them in dry atta. You'll cut down on both rolling and kneading time (simply add extra water to the atta and mix it roughly). You have to place the ball slighly off centre. Then immediately close and press the lift and then again flip the roti and close the lid for it to be a Fluffy roti.

2. Easy to maintain and clean. Good quality non-stick layers are present on both surfaces, although there is some overheating, which prolongs the cooling process.
Dos and Don'ts:
When making the dough, ensure the flour is fine and there are no granny particles present.
Kneed the dough properly, ensuring it is soft and not too sticky and without any cracks.
Always place the dough Off-center towards the hinge of the roti maker and press the roti maker in one swift motion so that it doesnt flip out. Open it immediately.
Don't press too hard as it will cause cracks and tears in the roti maker
Don't use a metal spatula on the surface. Only a wooden spoon or spatula should be used..
Don't use water or any liquid to clean. Use only the dry cloth.
